RAM Ventures Co. Lab

We create and build to reimagine how people work, give, and connect.

RAM Ventures Co. Lab is a small studio behind five very different ventures — a corporate partnerships matchmaking ecosystem, a women's collective for reinvention, a satirical comic, a travel journal, and a movement about blunt kindness. Different mediums, one goal: reimagine the ways we work, give, and connect.

The world doesn't need more isolated hustle. It needs better ecosystems.

Traditional systems — in corporate giving, charity models, or modern career paths — run on a scarcity mindset that breeds burnout and division. We treat RAM Ventures as an entrepreneurial sandbox: small ventures, creative work, and cultural campaigns aimed at one goal — reimagining the ways we work, fund, live, and connect.

One lab. Five ways in.

Each venture tackles a different layer of the same problem.

How We Imagine

Three ideas that shape every venture in the lab.

Ecosystems over apps

We look beyond individual products to reimagine how whole sectors, systems, and ways of living work.

Humour as advocacy

Sharp creative commentary is a powerful tool for cultural change — not a distraction from serious work.

Human-first thinking

Every venture should respect the energy, dignity, mobility, and humanity of the people it touches.

About the founder

RAM Ventures Co. Lab was founded by Lori Muñoz — a storyteller, cartoonist, community builder, and parent, with two decades of roots in the social impact sector.

She built BrokersOfGood in 2019, facilitating close to a million dollars in corporate and community impact in its first year alone. Behind that growth was a personal season of transformation — early motherhood, entrepreneurship, a pandemic, and the loss of her father. Somewhere along the way, she realized that the hardest transitions are the ones that challenge what we believe about ourselves.

Driven by a desire for deeper alignment over traditional achievement, she later spent two years living in Spain with her son, an experience that reshaped how she thinks about presence, pacing, and community. Back in Canada now, she runs RAM Ventures as a living lab built from those experiences — leading BrokersOfGood, guiding women through La Mesa, sketching new pages for Comic Sans Impact, and following the questions behind What If We Roam and Unhinged Kindness.

“Reinvention isn't about becoming someone new. It's about having the courage to unravel everything that isn't really you.”
